The R script for the normalization function and its paramter files are stored at the paramter folder. plotChromosome_function.r: The function to plot 50kb normalized bin count and the ideograms. cyto.RData: The R dataframe used by plotChromosome_function.r to get the banding coordinates. example_code_to_plot_50kb_trace.r: The example R code to take the normalized bin count and plot 50kb traces.
