Datafiles included in this package are:

gDNA.truth.table.csv
The truth table for the 360 gDNA mixtures. SeqResult.ID is the ID for each sample, Array.Karyotype.result is the karyotype determined by microarray (served as groud truth), and Input.Fraction is the planned titration levels for the given sample (e.g. 0.2 = 20% titration).

plasma.truth.table.csv
The truth table for the 176 plasma samples.

normalized.bin.count.for.176.plasma.samples.csv
The normalized 50kb bin count for the 176 plasma samples. The columns are the different samples and the rows are the different bins. The first column contains the bin names
