Summary of the project:

  mdChat is a jQuery supported web based chat client / game, written in the latest web languages (PHP, Ajax, CSS, HTML). Chatting is the main objective of this game. The idea behind this project is to remove the everyday "blandness" of other chatting applications and bring something new and flavorful to the internet. 

Some features will include:

  - The ability to rate what other chatters say. Someting a user said not funny? Made you angry? Felt offended by what that person said? There will be over 20 different ratings to choose from. Each having it's own impact on the users chatting points.

  - Chat rooms: public provided and custom chats created by other users of the community will be available.

  - Chatting / Anon / Lust points: These points can be earned from positive / good ratings that users give you. For every 10 good / positive ratings you earn, you get 1 chat point. If you get 10 negative ratings, you lose a chat point. This will encourage people to watch what they say if they want to keep their points to spend :)

  - A shop to spend your chatter points: This shop will include things like the ability to change your name's color, size, your font size, the way your text looks.. etc etc. There will be a lot of options to choose from as the project progresses.
