1. Download these files to your PHP webserver:
   - MCVerify.class.php
   - /examples/example_verify.php
   - /examples/example_flush.php
   - /examples/example_login.php
   - /examples/example_cancel.php

2. Make sure the links in /examples/example_login.php are pointing to your own domain!

3. You are ready to go! Nothing like mysql or something else is needed to go to:
http://www.YOUR_DOMAIN.com/PATH_TO_MCVERIFY/examples/example_login.php
