This mod currently adds WorldGen changes to minecraft and makes ice ans snow (as well as other things) spawn naturally underground. I hope to add PermaFrost that spawns as well and upgrades your tools.

~~==INSTALLATION==~~

1. Get you minecraft JAR open with WinRAR
2. Download the latest version
3. Delete your META-INF
4. Drag n' drop all the classes
5. Click OK if a WinRAR message comes up
6. Close WinRAR
7. Run Minecraft and enjoy!
