Mayo Wallpaper Engine Files

Mayo Wallpaper Engine is a tool that let's you set any video/application as desktop wallpaper, the tool also support json files. 
Unlike Wallpaper Engine,it only pauses the video when any window is fully maximized, the app can also be cofigured for vice versa.

The supported extensions are as follows.
1. Application executables
2. Video Files
3. Js Files (still in development)
4. Web Pages (still in development)

1. Application Executeable
	With Mayo Wallpaper Engine any application can be set as wallpaper, the combatablity depends on the application, how it
handles windows messages sent by Mayo Wallpaper Engine. Mayo Wallpaper Engine send messages about mouse event, keyboard event , the User
is or not on desktop. This is handful if one want to run Uinty's game as wallpaper.

2. Video Files
	Mayo Wallpaper Engine use vlc libraries at its core to increase performance. The Mayo Wallpaper Engine can play a list of separate 
video and audio files using a json file, UI provides the utility to create a playlist. Mayo Wallpaper Engine uses separate media player to 
increase performance, moreover it makes it easy switch files on the fly without allocating much resources

3. Js Files
	Still in development but soon,we will be able to switch between the video files based on some events like user going on dekstop.

4. Web Pages
	Mayo Wallpaper Engine can display webpages as wallpaper which do not require much user input like pressing keys. (Key Board input
is still in development)
