MAR-GUI - Matlab Affine Registration GUI Version 1.0 -- 07/17/2013

GENERAL USAGE NOTES
--------------------

- Thank you for download MATLAB Affine Registration GUI! Simply run in MATLAB. 

- Be sure to download both files to the same folder. Once GUI has been loaded, simply
  load your images. C

- Choose the number of points you wish to use for image registration (minumum 3). 

- Click Find Centroids if you would like to have MATLABplace a * at the center of each centroid. 

- Place your fiducials, you must place all fiducials on one image before placing them on the next. 

- Click register to produce a new image to the right. 

- Click the overlap button if you wish to check your registration.

MATLAB USAGE NOTES

- GUI was developed using Matlab 2011a

- There may be issues using earlier verison of Matlab
