Currently the only release is "initial release - 20110518", which corresponds
with the version used in the paper. The binary and the source code can be
downloaded from the corresponding directory. Alternatively the source code 
can also be obtained from Subversion:

The 20110518 release corresponds with Subversion revision 1.
