LOTRO Companion is a desktop application.
It manages characters of the Lord of the Rings Online (LOTRO) MMORPG.

It has 3 main goals:
- track the status of one or several characters: current gear, deeds, quests, collections...
- simulate gear/virtues, compute result stats and analyze stats contributions
- lore database: quests, items, deeds, mounts, pets...

Character data is imported from the game client running locally.

    I only gave Ease a 4, because there are so many things to manage and learn, the information is vast, and my sorry excuse for an aging brain just can't handle all of it! Meanwhile, LOTRO itself is so much entertainment, I can't concentrate on stats! The effort that went into LOTRO Companion must have been, and still is amazing. It wasn't created then walked away from , updates are nearly as quick as the game updates! Support is a radical method, and works great. It is nothing but a Discord Channel, all you have to do is ask. The Amazing Creator, I assume, is known as "LotroCompanion" and seems to always be watching! Great help!

    Love this, only wish would be an option to display Crafting as a column on the character screen.

    Simple interface, can't wait for the updates. The only issue is that it seems to take a really long time to fetch character data or refresh. I wonder if that is a problem with the LOTRO servers or this app.
