Added

• Control Plane redesign (CP-REDESIGN): the run page uses the autonomi.dev design tokens, the home page is composer-first, and sessions show as a card grid. The receipt badge reads "Receipt signed" only when the signature was actually checked (sig_checked true), "Receipt unchecked" when it was not, and "receipt unmeasured" when the receipt carries no check result.
• Project Model on by default (FC-01): Loki detects the packages in a repo and runs each package's checks from that package's own directory, through one shared command resolver.

Changed

• Engine core size: the already-done evidence search, the engine origin helpers and the dashboard page renderer moved out of loki-ts/src/engine10 into loki-ts/src/util. Behavior is unchanged; the engine core is back under its 5,000-line cap (4,719 lines).

CI

• The bun unit-test job in test.yml prints the coverage table (bun test --coverage). It replaces the removed coverage.yml and enforces no floor.
• New guard on docs/v10/cp-redesign images: only files listed in ALLOWED-IMAGES.txt may be committed there, and the pre-commit hook rejects an unlisted staged image (tests/test-cp-redesign-images.sh).
