Release-gate fix for 10.10.0: the 10.10.0 publish was blocked at its gate (spawn env guard and the MCP status contract test), and ten CI checks were red on its commit, so nothing reached npm as 10.10.0. 10.10.1 ships everything listed under v10.10.0 below, plus the items here.
Added
- Moat P1 seal.v2: receipts now sign the verification metadata (verdict, checks run, not-proven list); a v2 receipt is never downgraded to v1 verification. P1.verification-metadata-signed promoted out of tests/moat/pending.txt.
- Control Plane polish (CPE items 1 to 7): signature checked by default, one cost formatter, sidebar and theme toggle, verified rate, stage timeline, skip reasons shown, CP D1 (a finished run page loads its stored events, FC-06b) and D2 (one-time startup cleanup of leaked fixture runs, FC-07b).
Fixed
- Release gate: loki-ts/src/cli/completions.ts spawn calls pass an explicit env (spawn env guard); the MCP-through-shim status test asserts the schemas/status-result.schema.json keys and accepts a null control_plane_url.
- CI shard reds on 10.10.0: README no longer hand-carries a version line (generate-stale-zero writes it without a literal); release.sh skips generate-stale-zero.sh when it is not executable (fixture exit 127); UI bare-loki test expects the API-only URL; E-32 expects the Loki 10 status output; S-132 job floor matches the pruned test.yml; two SC2043 single-item loops in the moat suite replaced by assignments.
CI
- Removed workflows: bun-parity (dist vs source drift is covered by the release dist guard), parity-drift, coverage (its 70% floor was never enforced), sentrux-real, soak-monitor and the example review workflow; tests/test-bun-parity-disk-tolerance.sh removed with them.
- Required checks for release (release.yml, scripts/release.sh, scripts/train-cycle.sh, scripts/v10-pulse.sh) are now Tests and Security Audit only; the local-ci.sh bun-parity matrix (section 9) is removed.
- Docs updated: TESTING.md, ARCHITECTURE.md, COMPONENTS.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, docs/SLO.md, docs/dev/release-checklist.md, skills/release-cadence.md.
