Port of Logix 0.4.2 to Python 2.6
Package also contains documentation and website.

This is a somewhat preliminary port, because none of the tests were run. 
All the effort went into getting the website up. The port is not very 
far backward compatible, since the interface to the "ast" module changed and 
and "if" expressions (ternary operator) were used.
