SnipInstaller.exe will install on XP and up.

Snip is the most successful open-source program I've made, though I worry it's relevance has diminished since Microsoft released the "Snipping Tool" in Windows 7, of course, they copied me (sic), this tool succeeds because it's so easy to use and someone made an awesome video showing how to use it (unlike the video I made).  The truth is after all these years this still represents a fundamental philosophy behind software I make, which is that ease of use is paramount, simplicity trumps all else when making programs for a graphical user interface.

This version of loadngo Snip, has an about dialog that doesn't look like crap (hopefully).
