What's Changed

This patch release updates the release-0.5.x line with the OCI dependency fix and the release workflow fixes needed for publishing from the current ogx-ai/ogx repository.

  • Make OCI dependencies optional so non-OCI distributions do not pull OCI-only packages by default.
  • Stabilize release-0.5 container builds around OpenTelemetry bootstrap dependency conflicts.
  • Enable release publishing from the current ogx-ai repository owner for the legacy 0.5.x package names.
  • Pin the API package in release Docker images for the 0.5.x publish path.
