Installation instructions:
After unzipping "Live Snippets Add-on.zip" file, just copy the "Live Snippets.jsx" to the "startup scripts" folder inside "Scripts" folder of the InDesign application folder.
And restart the application.

Be patient and don't hesitate to ask any question (as developer or user) about the code or usage.
