What is new
Highlights
- Browse a run epoch by epoch. The run pill on the canvas unfolds a timeline of every epoch: previous / next, jump to the next failed epoch, back to all epochs. The canvas, the Analysis tab and the Logs now share the epoch you pick. Analysis compares any two epochs side by side (each column is an epoch picker), and the page header offers an Analysis / Logs split button.
- Your time zone and language, everywhere. The time zone and language set in your account settings now drive every date in the app and every account email. A zone you pick is never overwritten by the browser again, and dates name their zone only when it differs from yours.
- Balanced auto-layout. The layout wand centres the branches of a fork on both sides instead of hanging them on one side.
Fixes
- Workflow engine: a merge after a split no longer gets skipped on the verdict of split item 0 alone.
- Interfaces: saving from the inspector no longer strips
</span>tags (which could blank an interface); video and audio stream from a signed link instead of being inlined. - Builder: classify and guardrail configuration survive load,
set_planandmodify; nodes can be dragged in run mode again. - Catalog: fields a caller selects (for example
tweet.fields) survive the output projection; an unfilled path parameter is refused before the call, naming it. - Roles: the VIEWER role can no longer write through run control, tools, credentials, links, triggers, uploads or chat; only the owner may invite someone as admin, and invitations require a verified email.
- Sharing: share links are confined to the shared app, and anonymous chat writes are locked.
- Chat: the "back to the latest message" arrow is back.
- CE: the app container is given 2 GiB (1.5 GiB could crash-loop), and the release smoke test now refuses a crash loop.
Update an existing install
git pull
docker compose pull
docker compose up -d
The compose file pins this release's image tag, so run git pull first. Your data lives in Docker volumes and is kept across updates.
Fresh install
git clone https://github.com/livecontext-ai/livecontext-ce
cd livecontext-ce
docker compose up -d
Then open http://localhost:3000
