Setup Appliance

>> Steps for VMware Player
	1. Import the OVA file
	   File -> Open (Map to ftpsvr-v1.0.ova)
	2. Configure the virtual network adapter to relevant network bridge/NAT/host-only
	3. Power on the VA
	4. Appliance will try to get IP from DHCP server
	5. Assigned IP will display at login screen
