LinuxRE v0.4 introduces the new Automatic Repair system and a redesigned internal architecture.

Notes
This is the first version of LinuxRE with an integrated automatic repair system.
More repair checks and recovery capabilities will be added in future releases.
I will give code names to all versions. Names will be desserts.
