This release contains a fix for a brownpaper bag bug in rquota_server which
could allow users to query quota information of groups they don't belong to or
to possibly crash the rquota server. Nobody noticed for 25 years (or possibly
more - difficult to track at those times) since this code was written.
Otherwise the release contains couple of build fixes and removal of support for
some ancient (deprecated over 20 years) interfaces.
