- bootscript.sh - This is the most up to date version of the boot script (see http://wiki.linuxonandroid.org/index.php?title=Script_Changelog for changelog)
- autobootscript.sh - This is the most up to date version of the auto boot script (http://wiki.linuxonandroid.org/index.php?title=Script_Changelog for changelog)
- latest-scripts.txt - This is used by the app to check for updates to the boot scripts
