	Changes for linux kernel 4.15 timer api

	New fmh_gpib driver for the fmh_gpib_core GPIB chip written in
          VHDL suitable for programming into a FPGA.
	  
        Don't mknod device files, or add "gpib" group during
          "make install". Add instructions to INSTALL for performing
          these tasks.

	Patch from Stefan.Mahr@zyxel.eu :
          Fixes a timer initialisation bug in ni_usb driver, especially
          for NI_USB_B.

        A number of other bug fixes. (see Changelog since R1665)
