I like thegame . Its a little like SimCtiy . BUT Its sucks when you start trying to build a city from nothing . You don't get a lot of money to use and everything is over price . I wish there had a city with no money at all just buld what ever you like for the fun of it . That's what I did with sim City .

Note: Berlios hosting is down - afaik they deleted the lincity-ng project. The project has moved to Google Code, where you can access the git repo.

Some ideas for lincity: The possibility for a player to insert code. for example, to check buy or sell in the market by code that the user must program. The choice of a communism or capitalism government. a Computer player to trade or to compete. By a communism government there is no other player, while by a captitalism there is. More facilities to mimic reality as closely as possible.
