Support portable mode. to use it, rename custom_t.ini to custom.ini

!about error message: "This appication has failed to start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll was not found".
a) Install corresponding vs 2015 redistributable files. (vcredist_x86.exe or vcdist_x64.exe. You can also get it from official MS site)
b) Or download ucrt file(ucrt_x86/64.zip),and drop all the dlls into the folder containing light.exe.

Light can play MP3/MP4 files using FFmpeg under Windows without WMF enabled(for example Windows XP). (starting from light 42test)

    GTK+ 2.18 or higher
