LibreACS is the fork of the OpenACS after the previous developer decided to remove all source, compiled code and a wealth of information from the discussions page. I have attempted to save what was left. The project runs as a functional CWMP TR-069 ACS server however considering some of the code is quite outdated should not be run as an internet facing service unless a proper code review has been done.
