Updated to libpng-1.6.0beta25 codebase
Moved reading IDAT/fdAT chunks into png_read_IDAT_data() from png_read_row()
Removed duplicate png_crc_finish() in png_read_frame_head(), there is now in png_read_finish_IDAT()

BUGS: The symbol list is needed in scripts/symbols.def for Win32
