You need SQLite available in your operating system (usually a dynamic linking library).
Tested on Debian "Jessie" and Windows Seven.

Description

LexHoard is a tool for compiling wordlists. vocabularies, glossaries and even whole dictionaries, either by assigninf one or more definitions to each entry, or by linking words of one language to corresponding words in other languages. Some of the features include:
-as many languages as you want per database
-word class, pronunciation, image and audio for each definition of a word
-import tools allowing to enter large amount of entries at once
-export tools allowing to generate from simple wordlists to complete multilanguage dictionaries, in formats such as plain text, html or csv

This program is opensource software.
