Requirements:

-Windows XP/7(I have not been able to test this on an XP machine yet as I dont own one, I will set up a virtual soon)
-.Net Framework 2.0 - http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=19
-League of Legends installed (updated of course)

Usage:

-Just download the exe or download the latest source and compile it yourself using your 
favorite .net compiler (Framework 2.0 minumum).
-Run the application (double left click, if you have issues right click and run as administrator on Windows 7)
-Select the path to your LoL folder (eg. c:\program files\league of legends\), the folder must contain 
the "RADS" folder and lol.launcher.exe

Version 1.0.0.0:

-Basic application with some artwork for the background and a fancy little icon
-Application modifies system.cfg, locale.cfg and launcher.cfg files in <Riot Directory>\RADS\system\
-Once modified for whichever region the lol.launcher.exe is started and hey presto you can join NA or EU on a whim
