This folder contains binary versions of the Ldap Address Book program. Contained within the ZIP archive LdapAddressBook20.zip is a single executable JAR file LdapAddressBook.jar. This will run on any computer which has Java run time installed. Extract the JAR file to a suitable directory and the application can be launched by double-clicking it (or through a shortcut). LdapAddressBook20Win.exe is a self extracting archive which contains a native Windows executable. This will run on any Windows PC which has Java run time installed. Extract the EXE file to a suitable directory and the application can be launched by double-clicking it (or through a shortcut). LdapAddressBook20Bundle.exe is a self extracting archive which contains a native Windows executable bundled with a copy of the Java run time. This will run on any Windows PC including those which do not have the Java run time installed. Extract the EXE file and the JRE to a suitable directory and the application can be launched by double-clicking the EXE (or through a shortcut). The file help.html is a simple User Guide. The file configuration.html provides instructions on configuring the application for use in different environments with different directory structures.
