This is an application design based upon an UML model within the opensource project lbdmf. It is aimed to demonstrate a more or less realistic application that uses web services technologies. It is a .NET C# application that enables you to register applications and enter release information. Also a review could be entered. The application also supports exporting the data by designing a report. These reports could be printed, exported to pdf and other formats. You are able to create an account with an eMail activation. The password is hashed and salted ranomly. You will never get an eMail with a password reminder, rather you have the option to reset the password. NOTE ABOUT THE DATA: ALL users, that have access to this application, will have full access to all of it's data. So remember this. The data is public. This is due to the demonstration character of this application. As of the UML model is included into an LGPL licensed project, this application falls under the same license. The code generator that has produced this app, is also LGPL licensed. The code for that generator is the lbDMF CAB DevExpress Generator Compilation included in the lbdmf release folder. Please try out this application and see what code generation can do for you.
