To use a LaBB-CAT upgrade jar file, you must already have LaBB-CAT installed.  

If you have ONZE Miner installed, please upgrade it to LaBB-CAT before
using any LaBB-CAT update files.

If you are ready to upgrade your existing LaBB-CAT to a newer version:

1. Download the latest upgrade
   The upgrade file names are formatted: labbcat_YYYYMMDD.jar
   where YYYY is the year, MM is the month, and DD is the day.

2. In LaBB-CAT, click the utilities link

3. Select the last option - upgrade LaBB-CAT

4. Click Choose File, select the file you downloaded, and then click Upgrade
   You will see a page that tells you the current version, and the version 
   you will be upgrading to.

5. Click upgrade

6. You will see a page with a 'please wait' prompt.  This shouldn't last more 
   than a minute or two.  
   Then you will see a message either saying that the upgrade is complete, or 
   that you need to restart tomcat to complete the upgrade.
