You must chose between the 32bit setup or the 64bit one, you can also take both files.
32bit setup: https://sourceforge.net/projects/kritaportable/files/32bit%20Setup.exe/download
64bit setup: https://sourceforge.net/projects/kritaportable/files/64bit%20Setup.exe/download

Setup.exe includes both the installer and uninstaller tools.
64bit Setup size: 99,80 MB - After Install: 293,10 MB
32bit Setup size: 96,65 MB - After Install: 257,89 MB

Tested on Windows 7 64bit
Currently under testing for the 32bit version.

Works only on Windows Vista and above.
