What's fixed
- Fixed a long-standing problem that made some trails and dirt roads hard to select with the cursor.
- Tracks in the OpenTopoMap style are drawn at their proper width.
Upgrading
Install over the top. On Debian and Ubuntu sudo apt install ./kmap_1.7.8_<arch>.deb; on
other Linux unpack the archive and put kmap on your PATH; on Windows run the installer;
on macOS replace the app. Profiles, styles and cached downloads stay put.

Nothing here is code-signed, so the first launch takes one extra click. On Windows: More info, then Run anyway. On macOS: right-click kmap and choose Open; from macOS 15, System Settings, Privacy & Security, Open Anyway.
checksums.txt carries a SHA-256 for every file above.
