What's fixed
Summits given in feet are lifted too. Heights like 5000 ft or ele:ft used to be
skipped; they are now converted to metres.
One download bar for several regions. It no longer starts over at each region, and shows which one is coming down.
A stale extract is refetched at once. kmap no longer reads the whole old file before fetching the newer one.
Upgrading
Install over the top. On Linux sudo apt install ./kmap_1.3.1_<arch>.deb; on Windows run
the installer; on macOS replace the app. Profiles, styles and cached downloads stay put.

First run
Nothing here is code-signed, so the first launch takes one extra click. On Windows: More info, then Run anyway. On macOS: right-click kmap and choose Open; from macOS 15, System Settings, Privacy & Security, Open Anyway.
checksums.txt carries a SHA-256 for every file above.
