Behaviour change: HTTP stream detection. A response is now treated as a stream only on evidence: a Content-Type of text/event-stream, NDJSON or multipart, or frames recorded as a stream. Chunked transfer coding or a missing Content-Length no longer makes a response a stream. This closes a false pass: a chunked JSON body over 4 KB was matched as a stream and reported no mismatches.
If your app streams plain text without an event-stream Content-Type (for example the Vercel AI SDK's toTextStreamResponse), that response is now recorded and compared as one body.
Fix: keploy no longer reports the agent's container as "gone" when compose hasn't created it yet. It waits for it instead, and the wait ends once the run that was to create it has ended.
