Unofficial Kepler build, includes the experimental Weka actors.
Since the underlying Kepler source code is newer than the 1.0.0
releases, I dubbed it "1.0.1".

Notes:
- Kepler only works with Java 1.5. If your default Java is not 1.5, you have to
modify the Kepler start script (under Linux: kepler.sh) to point to the
correct JRE.
- The jar file is an IzPack installer (http://izpack.org/), just run it with
"java -jar <installer.jar>"
