jsiServiceManager is an application that helps you manage Windows Services.
It lives in the system tray and helps you Start/Stop/Restart/Pause
Windows Services of you choice.
The executable (jsiServiceManager.exe) is build against the
Microsoft .Net Framework 3.0 so it should run without other prerequisites
on Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008.

Fixed bug when restarting service and stoping a whole group.
Added functionality to delay the start of services or applications.

Enabled manual sorting of the services within a group.
Starting a group will start the services in the display order.
Stopping or Pausing a group will stop or pause the services in the reverse display order.
Restarting a group will first Stop all services in the group and the Start all services in the group.
If the displayname is empty in the app. window the 'official' service name will be used instead.
First release with a proper install and configuration manager.
