For IT service providers and MSPs that need a data platform to manage their processes

BrightGauge, a ConnectWise solution, was started in 2011 to fill a missing need in the small-to-medium IT Services industry: a better way to manage data and provide the value of work to clients. BrightGauge Software allows you to display all of your important business metrics in one place through the use of gauges, dashboards, and client reports. Used by more than 1,800 companies worldwide, BrightGauge integrates with popular business solutions on the market, like ConnectWise, Continuum, Webroot, QuickBooks, Datto, IT Glue, Zendesk, Harvest, Smileback, and so many more. Dig deeper into your data by adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing one metric against another. BrightGauge automatically computes these formulas for you. Want to show your prospects how quick you are to respond to tickets? Show off your data with embeddable gauges on public sites.

  • Works great! Thanks - quite addictive. A few small bugs and improvement suggestions (for playing in practice mode against AI): - BUG: small graphic (texture) bug on hexes occasionally: no texture shown on one type of hex (e.g. wheat hexes) (occurs every ~1 in 15 games). - SUGGESTION 1.: Allow game to stop when no one can possibly win (e.g. playing to 15 V.P. with 4 players (on usual board) when no development cards are left AND/OR no settlements left to build AND/OR no roads left to build AND/OR no place to build roads or settlements - i.e. no one (AI or human) can get a winning combination of largest army /longest road /build more roads or settlements to get to 15 points). - SUGGESTION 2.: Allow more choices /functionality, e.g. to choose to disable 'special building phase' on larger (5-6 player) map. AND change AI turn duration (e.g. use a sliding scale between 'instant' to say 10 seconds for AI turns). Include different AI difficulty levels. - SUGGESTION 3.: Regarding AI choices: instead of them building up too many Resource cards if they can't build roads, settlements etc, allow them to keep buying Development cards. Also allow AI to keep playing development cards even if they already have the largest army - keep using soldiers they have in hand in this case. - SUGGESTION 4.: Reduce AI disturbance-priority. This is especially relevant at the start (when selecting the first places to build initial settlements and roads): they seem to forfeit a 'better' location for a higher human-disturbance factor. Just a few ideas - Otherwise its great, thanks for making & sharing! (system: 64-bit, Windows 10)
  • AI's Strategy the priority of player disturbance is too high. Therefore, It falls well in a situation as if three AI by Bid rigging
