AtomicJ is an application for analysis of Atomic Force Microscopy data, in particular extracting mechanical properties from force curves and analysis of AFM images.

DEPENDENCIES

AtomicJ has the following dependencies:

(a)  Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.7 or higher. AtomicJ is available for download bundled with JRE 1.7 update 13,  wrapped as a MS Windows executable. If you run the executable jar file, you must install JRE, which can be downloaded from the Oracle website (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre7-downloads-1880261.html)

JRE is owned by Oracle and is distributed under the Oracle Binary Code License Agreement (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/terms/license/index.html).

(b) JFreeChart 1.0.14 or higher. The copyright to the JFreeChart library is held by Object Refinery Limited and other contributors and it is maintained by David Gilbert (http://www.jfree.org/). JFreeChart is licensed under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public Licence (LGPL). The complete source code can be found at

(c) JCommon - version 1.0.0 or later.  The jar file (version 1.0.17) is included in the AtomicJ distribution.  The complete source code for JCommon is available at:

JCommon is licensed under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License.

(d)  FreeHEP Vector Graphics 2.1.1 or later.  The necessary jar files (version. 2.1.1.)
are included in the AtomicJ distribution.  You can obtain the complete
source code for FreeHEp Vector graphics from:

FreeHEP Vector Graphics 2.1.1 is licensed under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License.

(e)  Apache Commons Sanselan 0.97 or higher, available under the  ASF (Apache) License. The license can be found at http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0. Sanselan is a library for reading and writing various image formats. The necessary jar file is included in the AtomicJ distribution. Complete source code of Sanselan can be found at

(f) JAMA version 1.0.2 or higher, a public domain java matrix manipulation library. The necessary jar file is included in this distribution of AtomicJ. The complete source code and list of authors can be found at

(i) iText 2.1.5, a library for creating PDF documents. iText 2.1.5 (iText is a registered Trademark of 1T3XT BVBA.) is licensed under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public Licence and is available to download from:

(j) Apache Commons Compress (TM) version 1.6 or later, a library providing support for several archive formats and compression schemes,
