JlibSEDML

This is JlibSEDML level 1, version 1, pre-release 3, released January 17th 2011. 
This release contains new functionality to correspond with schema updates and changes in the 4 months
since the previous release. 

In particular, support is now provided for :

1) Manipulation and execution of the vector operations sum, product, max and min in in MathML elements.
2) Support for deletion, change and addition of XML to / from a model

There will be some API changes since the previous release to accomodate schema changes,
however we expect this version to be the last before level 1 version1 is fixed.
