I've used jitterbit for more than two years, it is absolutely a great tool for integration. I use it to process our online orders and a lot of exchanged files from our customers, also use it to send notification emails and update system. It's amazing that it can process almost every kind of sources, excel file/xml/web service/database, and I love that it can run as scheduled. It is highly recommended!!
