Jevgrep 0.6.0 adds local search-scope inspection and custom gateway support.

New

• jg files [root] reports eligible file counts, byte totals, top-level directory groups, and filter skips without credentials or provider requests. Counts are an upper bound; searches still apply content checks.
• Repeatable --exclude PATTERN narrows searches and file inventories using root-relative gitignore patterns.
• jg auth --provider custom --base-url URL --model ID --stdin configures a TypeSafe-compatible gateway. Interactive auth also offers Custom endpoint.
• The bundled skill has clearer behavioral-search triggers, preserves grep for exact lookups, and explains inventories, exclusions, and delegated discovery.

Fixes and documentation

• Reject malformed trailing-backslash exclusion patterns and custom URLs containing credentials, queries, or fragments.
• Document the minimal custom-gateway noul protocol and clarify saved-credential behavior.
• Correct benchmark work-clock handling for inventories and excluded searches; retain exploratory skill-comparison evidence separately from full-cohort claims.

Verification

The full release pipeline passed, including exact-tarball tests, registry integrity matching, and fresh installation from npm. Native macOS installed-package smoke tests also passed.
