JeCARS (Java Extendable Contents And Rights System) is a RESTful webservice which delivers pluggable output formats, e.g. Atom feeds or HTML.
Third party applications can be plugged in.
A JCR (JSR-170) repository (Jackrabbit) is used for storage.
