Test panel 2.7.4_test_01 for support of SL-JD80 cards

Test panel for SL-JD80 cards (not SR-JV80 internal cards!)
There's a drop down combo item labeeld SOURCE. Tray to use th panel before clicking on this. I am hoping it won't be necesssary to have this feature.
- Select your card using the dropdown SL JD80 CARD at the bottom of the panel
- Click on the top 'Program Select' button to select a patch.
Download precompiled vst,AU or standalone - navigate to macOS directory or win64
