install/upgrade: extract the tarball to a directory and double-click on
    "Jbookshelf.jar".
    Some OSes open it as a .zip file, in that case, open a terminal, cd to the
    extraction directory and run "java -jar Jbookshelf.jar"(ATTENCTION: the command 
    is case sensitive: to write "Jbookshelf.jar" is not as "jbookshelf.jar" or 
    "JBOOKSHELF.jar" etc.). 





LICENSE: the file derby.jar
and all of its content are distributed under the APACHE LICENSE 2.0 which terms are explained in the APACE_LICENSE-2.0.txt file.
All the rest is free as in GPLv3.0.
