There are two types of files here: The *.xml.ftl files which are ebay export filters for use with JBC and Jaolt. And the *.pl files which are experimental prototypes and utilities written in PERL (and can be safely ignored). The *.CS.xml.ftl files are the most updated form representing updates to the Category Item Specifics. Use those as appropriate to the category named. They are basically templates and need to be customized as per user and requirements. These default to 30 day Good Till Cancelled Fixed Price listings. The ebay-cookbooks.zip is a method for refining one's cookbook categories into Custom item Specifics - but requires the use of a Perl Script as it pulls keywords from the description. This is experimental only, and may one day be rewritten with freemarker. With the development of Jebay the use of these files will hopefully soon be deprecated, so as to avoid the use of Jaolt (presently used), a software that is useable, but inherently outdated.
