Java RSS/Atom Feed Reader Steve Atkinson www.windswept.org.uk Installation ============ Java 6 runtime is required to run this application Unzip the contents of the zip file to a sutable directory Copy FeedReader.properties.template to FeedReader.properties and edit as required. FeedReader.properties ===================== Global properties http.proxyHost and http.proxyPort allow a proxy to be specified if requried. popupInterval - when multiple pops are to be displayed this is the amount of time in seconds each will be displayed for. displayExisting - true/false - display all the entries in a feed at startup. When set to false none of the initial entries in a feed will be displayed, only ones that show up in subsequent polls will be displayed.
