Munchie
Description: A small program designed to help you decide where to go eat
Munchie is a fun little program that can help you and your coworkers (or friends) make the most important decisions in life. Where to eat for lunch.
The program organizes a self-populated list of your favorite restaurants. It features a rating system and a choose for me option calculated by a weighted random number generator that takes in account your ratings and the amount of time since last visiting the restaurant.
Adapted and packaged for Haiku by Michel Clasquin-Johnson. Tested on Haiku R1/beta 5 in the x86_64 bit variant and OpenJDK. Should run on 32-bit but that has not been tested.
Requires: The latest Java runtime from the official Haiku repositories. At the time of writing, installing openjdk21_default will see you through.
