The skin packages are intended for themes from IXThemes Project which possess a "multiskin" property (since release 2.6).
How to install new skin?
1. Download a skin package which is necessary to you
2. Unpack a skin package in the catalogue /themes/<themename>/css/skins/<skinname>
3. Enable skin, using settings in a file /themes/<themename>/tpl/assigns.html

on
