This just gives a DRUPAL download. Completely useless.

Ok, far too many fake ratings here. It is highly deplorable that a government agency/contractor who is developing/maintaining this code is putting in fake review after fake review. Let the community decide whether or not the tool is good...we do not need your pollution. I have never seen a government project rate their own projects much less to the point where they largely outweigh the community rating. The sources are still based on Drupal v6.28 (Drupal v7.22 is out now) obviously meaning that the project is either dead or not developed on much now. (see trunk/CHANGELOG.txt) I am sure they were forced to open-source this almost certainly singularly-purpose-project as part of the open-government initiative. Now, I am left to only guess that they are desperately trying to gain notice/hits in a vain effort to keep the project alive or gawd knows what. Shame on your developers/fake raters. Boo. Boo.
