Was able to stream my Surface Pro 3 cam when I connected to the stream url with VNC player. No success with Chrome. Great potential, but unfortunately this software is pure garbage.

there are no picture, this software allow you to acces your web cam from internet using other software.

I tried it on windows 8 ( 64 bit) and does not work. The program opens normally but I can not see picture
